 Service Options

Delivery and Drop Off. This service is available for events with 15 or more guests.Our staff will deiver and set up your food at your event location.Food will be delivered in disposable aluminum pans with disposable serving utensils,quality paper products" fork ,knife,napkin and plate,One disposable table cloth,white or black.All deliveries will arrive one half hour before your event time is scheduled.We can also provide for an additional cost ,optional "Wire Rack Chafing Dish Kits" for your hot foods ,which will keep your food hot for up to two hours.The kit is yours to keep for future events and our staff will set up the kit at no additional cost.

An appropiate servive fee is added to cover the cost of this service.Gratuity is not included but is appreciated.

Full Service On Site Buffet

This service is available for for events with 25 or more guests and is presented buffet style.Our uniformed staff will  arrive one hour prior to event time to set up the buffet line. Staff will serve and maintain the food to ensure it is kept fresh through the event and ensure that the buffet is kept clean and presentable.Stainles Steele Chafing dishes,quality paper products and all supplies necessary to execute the buffet will be provided. Staff will serve and maintain the buffet up to two hours.Staff will take down the buffet and clean up the buffet area.

An appropiate service fee is added for this service. Gratuity is not included but is appreciated.
