 Service Options

An appropiate service fee is included to cover the cost of Delivery, Gratuities, Supplies, equipment and any other cost associated with the buffet.

Our full service packages includes the following:

• Trained and professional staff

• Set-up of the buffet area

• Clear Plastic plates, utensils, white paper napkins

• Buffet linen

• Stainless steel chafing dishes

• Maintenance of the buffet during service hours ( 2 hours )

• Clean up and breakdown of buffet table

• Removal of buffet  trash to designated area.

This is our delivery  drop off and set up service:

• Food is delivered hot in 1/2 sized foil pans

• White plastic utensils , foam plates,  plastic cups and paper napkins are provided if requested.

• Food is set up where customer designates
